If you have a large group you may want to email or call the museum and ask if they can do something special. I did see some groups in there with one person speaking but I did not pay attention to what they were doing. It is a wonderful collection. Hope you enjoy.

I did not see wheelchairs as they have in New York. Only the first floor would be possible but there are a few steps up from the street. This museum is in a 250 year old home, so it's not like the Museo de Oro, modern and accessible. I don't remember an elevator. It's best to email the museum. They may have portable ramps.
