In mid of October in oludeniz everything is open or close.?.or it's better to skip oludeniz and will go to anatalya as I heard beaches and activities are mostly same in these two places?

October isn't great for water sports but otherwise Olüdeniz is hands down a better option if you are looking for water activities.
Thinking of going to Oludeniz on 20th April next year and hoping to stay near the beach. Some appartments aren't open until May. Will the resort be too quiet? Are the restaurants and shops open in April?

I went on 24th april this year and everything was just opening. I enjoyed the relative peace and quiet. The following week was much busier
