We've summarised the illegal trade threats that Asian elephants in the Greater Mekong Subregion have faced in recent years. This literature review was a first step in a multiyear project to understand illegal trade threats facing Asian elephants in the Greater Mekong Sub-region, and will inform conservation and policy measures.
