Cosmic Psychos is an Australian punk rock band which formed in 1982 as Spring Plains. The band's first stabilized lineup included Ross Knight on bass guitar and vocals, Peter Jones on guitar, and Bill Walsh on drums.

2023年11月23日 · Best known for their unapologetic drinking anthem ‘Nice Day To Go To The Pub’, other fuzzy Psychos live standards include ‘Lost Cause’, ‘Pub’, and ‘Custom Credit’, which thunder along menacingly with their descriptions of wild women, alcoholism and lyrics mentioning southbound trams, pubs, meat pies, spiders, and more pubs.

Australian punk trio formed in the mid 1980s. Originally Bill Walsh and Peter Jones were in Spring Plains, which broke up in 1985. That same year they invited Ross Knight to join the group, and thus Cosmic Psychos was born. Robbie Watts replaced Peter Jones after the recording of the live "Slave To The Crave" album in 1990.
