(Late to the post) Today as of 27feb2024, I just tried a method that works for FedEx as well. Call the 800# (800-463-3339) and say "Returning a call" when prompted for an option on the main menu. The got an american human... FedEx needs to seriously cut down on the automated junk.

2022年9月23日 · If it asks for an account number press any 9 numbers and whenever it starts talking again press 0. They probably won’t be that helpful but it’s worth a shot. I am a daily FedEx shipper (express) and I’ve had few issues which unfortunately seems to be rare these days. Hopefully things will get better for the company soon.

To make sure there is a FedEx in the store I call the FedEx number listed under this location. Even though I'm calling a specific location it routes Mr through the automated voice system.

2020年11月20日 · Where's your local facility? I dug up my facilities phone number and have been on the phone with the multiple times this week. You really have to dig for a direct number or demand to speak to the supervisor of the local distro when you call the 800 number. Some folks have had success doing that.

2019年3月22日 · If you call 1-800-GO-FEDEX we can get you to the HR line, pretty sure its option 4 for "checking the status of a job application" which then takes you elsewhere with further prompts. Otherwise we technically can't transfer you to any facility that isn't a FedEx office as those are considered internal.

I called the facility and asked payroll and they told me to call payroll services the number that I had on my packet of benefits.
