Nov 27, 2019 · Carlmmii, thank you for all of the information. You are right; the camera is connected directly via USB 3.0. It is a PTZOptics camera, model PT20X-USB-GY-G2. In the camera settings accessed via IP, it showed frame rate at 30fps. But I realized that there is a physical dial on the camera for resolution and frame rate. This was set to 60fps.

Just add all four to a Scene in OBS, then use the Virtual Camera into Zoom. Situation 2: You want four individual Zoom participants. OBS can't really do this, it isn't a Zoom multiplexer.
