I’m tired all the time no matter what. Is that just how life is?
I consider myself a healthy 26 yr old man. And yet, I’m tired 90% of the time. Here’s what I do: view sunlight, drink water, and take a walk first thing in the morning drink coffee 90 mins after waking fast until ~noon work from home job with frequent “stand up and stretch/walk” breaks life weights 4 times a week

Does anyone get really tired while playing video games?
I've definitely had that issue. I'm 28 and I get so tired playing games. Until I play something that captivates me entirely. I can play Dark Souls for way too long. Maybe try doing vitamin d supplements. I've found that helps me. Recently I've felt so tired again and I realized I stopped taking it a month ago.

I relate to your experience. I’m tired too. I don’t want kill myself exactly, but I’m tired of living. Eat, sleep, shit, work, bills, annoying people, more work, more bills, more annoying people, being nickled and dimed for every fucking thing, aches and pains, more bills, more work, over and over and over again.
