How strong really is Toji compared to other characters?
Toji is stronger than most if not all the Grade 1 sorcerers and could handle lower to mid special grade e.g. Choso. He'd get solidly beaten by the higher-end special grades (Geto, Yuta, Jogo, Mahito). Overall Toji (and Maki) are particularly good at fighting sorcerers, but seem vulnerable to Domain Expansion.

Toji is really strong though, if normal Toji fought Dagon he probably can win, even if he did active his domain, Toji can deal with his auto aim attack like he did with Geto cursed spirit it had similar attack. I am not sure about the rest of the curses though, but we don't know the limits of heavenly restrictions resistance to CT.
