2023年5月20日 · skill issue. had my surface book 2 with gtx 1050 since 2018 with minimal to no issues. and I can run Adobe apps while web browsing with no problems. you kinda sound like you're just a hater that's lying to get attention tbh. gone through four whole SB2s and all had those issues? I don't buy it. touchscreen is FANTASTIC and it runs smooth.

2021年2月9日 · I've been using my Surface Book 2 (13/i7/16/512) since February 2018 and with ups and downs I've been pretty happy with it. What bothers me since the beginning is the coil whine I'm constantly having. Especially when the machine is under load. Sounds almost like in old time, when you could hear the hard drive working when files on it are accessed.

No one seems to talk about this, but I find gaming to be extremely frustrating on my Surface Book 2 15" due to the input lag. I use a PS4 controller for games like Rocket League (perhaps kb+m doesn't have the input lag) and it is basically unplayable.

The reliability of Surface Book is also just awful. On the first one I had, detach stopped working at around year one. Then eventually the keyboard and touchpad stopped working and the entire device had to be replaced on year 2. Got a new one as replacement which is now 3 years, and the wifi card is dead.
