May 20, 2023 · skill issue. had my surface book 2 with gtx 1050 since 2018 with minimal to no issues. and I can run Adobe apps while web browsing with no problems. you kinda sound like you're just a hater that's lying to get attention tbh. gone through four whole SB2s and all had those issues? I don't buy it. touchscreen is FANTASTIC and it runs smooth.

What bothers me since the beginning is the coil whine I'm constantly having. Especially when the machine is under load. Sounds almost like in old time, when you could hear the hard drive working when files on it are accessed.

No one seems to talk about this, but I find gaming to be extremely frustrating on my Surface Book 2 15" due to the input lag. I use a PS4 controller for games like Rocket League (perhaps kb+m doesn't have the input lag) and it is basically unplayable.
