Place bacon on mat, and cover with another sheet of parchment or another baking mat (this step is optional, but helps to prevent oil from splattering in your oven). If you prefer your bacon crispy all the way through, place a baking rack on top of the baking sheet, and put your bacon on the rack. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until desired crispiness.
