Make a marinade using seaweed (nori seasoning) to achieve that “fishy” ocean flavor and your favorite fish seasonings. An unripe soursop is not sweet so it will take on any flavor well. Another fruit I am absolutely obsessed with- soursop. This fruit is super hard to come by the perfect piece. It has to be soft before the flavor is really good in my opinion and a lot of times it’s either too firm or softens too much. When it’s the right ripeness the flavor is sweet, sour, and unlike anything I have ever had! The pulp grows around the seeds and it’s a little bit stringy similar to what you get with mangoes. My favorite way to enjoy it is in the juice form alongside some tacos 😍
